Les Clefs d’Or Canada is highly regarded in the hospitality industry as an elite fraternity of hotel Concierges dedicated to the achievement of exceptional guest service. Since 1976, Canada’s not-for-profit association has been a member of Les Clefs d’Or International; a dedicated global network of over 4,000 professional hotel Concierges, who assist guests with inspired local knowledge in over 580 destinations. The Association’s motto In Service Through Friendship, is a testament that ensures support will be granted when members call each other. Access to highly valuable local networks and a deep desire to serve has established Les Clefs d’Or members as the pinnacle of service in the hospitality industry.
Easily identified by the crossed golden keys they wear on their lapels, Canadian Les Clefs d’Or members can be found in the lobbies of fine hotels from coast to coast in seven regions: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Niagara, Montreal, Quebec City and Atlantic. The membership is governed by six elected Executive Board members and seven Regional Directors who conduct monthly regional meetings and an annual national General Assembly. In addition, the members of Les Clefs d’Or Canada are invited to join an annual international congress to further develop their global knowledge, experience a day of superlative industry education and strengthen ties with global members.
